What to expect
Clear advice, not a rushed transaction.
Start with a myopia assessment
The first step is a comprehensive eye examination and myopia risk assessment. We review previous prescriptions where available, assess vision and eye health, and discuss habits such as outdoor time, near work and screen use.
Myopia management options
Depending on age, prescription, eye health, maturity and lifestyle, options can include specialist spectacle lenses, myopia-control soft contact lenses or orthokeratology lenses worn overnight. No single option is right for every child.
- Specialist myopia-control spectacle lenses
- Daily soft contact lenses designed for myopia management
- Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) for suitable patients
- Lifestyle guidance alongside optical treatment
Regular reviews are part of treatment
Myopia control is ongoing care, not a one-off purchase. Reviews help us check vision, eye health, lens use and progression, then adjust the plan when clinically appropriate.
