The welcome was friendly and I was seen promptly by optometrist Asifa Padhani-Raza. My complex prescription requires a thorough annual examination and this was carried out in a professional and efficient manner using state of the art technology. My new contact lens arrived very quickly, was reasonably priced and is extremely comfortable. Asifa was also able to diagnose why I am having trouble with my varifocal glasses (the frame is too small for my prescription) proving that I shouldn’t have gone to a particular retail chain! I will know better next time. This is a lovely practice; friendly and professional and in an easily accessible location. Highly recommended.

I and my wife have been clients at Drury Porter for decades. Asifa and Tan continue the caring, personal touch that Hishu and John established from the start, and which so distinguishes their service from the chains.  To this one adds the huge technical expertise that is cutting edge.  I wear both contacts and glasses.  Asifa advised that the change in contact technology had recently made available reliable, improved contacts suitable for my condition.  They are great.  I also changed my glasses and cannot overstate the assiduity with which Asifa carried out the tests.  Beyond the technical is the wide range and choice of styles of frames and sunglasses.  The other day someone remarked that I looked sexy in my new sunglasses – not bad for someone speeding towards 70!.
